What not to do in Acne?
- Avoid squeezing / pop the pimples – this may lead to scarry hyperpigmentation
- Avoid too much thick / oily cosmeceuticals
- Reduce chocolates, sugar, dairy products
- Do not apply toothpaste, lemon, lime, etc
